• 4:00 PM – 4:30 PM | Early Arrival Reception

  • Complimentary pizza will be available for families arriving early.

• 4:30 PM – 4:45 PM | Faculty Introductions

  • All faculty members will gather at the front of the room to briefly introduce themselves, including their grade level and content area. Following introductions, teachers will be dismissed to their classrooms to prepare for parent visits.

• 4:45 PM – 5:15 PM | School-Wide Presentation

  • Title I (School Improvement Plan) and School Advisory Council (SAC) information session.

• 5:15 PM – 7:00 PM | Classroom Visitations

  • Families will visit classrooms. Please ensure you have professional handouts ready to share, covering:

    • A brief professional biography

    • Curriculum and syllabus overview

    • Classroom expectations and requested school supplies

    • On-boarding instructions for Remind and LiveSchool

FROM KENT:
We are renting a 28x20 stage, with a cover, for our multi-cultural festival on August 22nd. We’re hoping you can still provide a cultural number. Will the stage work for you?  Or will you use the grass in front of the stage?

Also, I have some posters for you to help us advertise the festival. When will be a good time to drop them by the school?
