School Fees Policy – Pacific Heritage Academy has a NO FEES policy. Student participation does not require fees. All donations are voluntary and not required.

School Supplies Policy – All school supplies donated to the school are on a voluntary basis, otherwise they will be furnished by the school.

      • All faculty members will gather at the front of the room to briefly introduce themselves, including their grade level and content area. Following introductions, teachers will be dismissed to their classrooms to prepare for parent visits.

    • 4:45 PM – 5:15 PM | School-Wide Presentation

      • Title I (School Improvement Plan) and School Advisory Council (SAC) information session.

    • 5:15 PM – 7:00 PM | Classroom Visitations

      • Families will visit classrooms. Please ensure you have professional handouts ready to share, covering:

        • A brief professional biography

        • Curriculum and syllabus overview

        • Classroom expectations and requested school supplies

        • On-boarding instructions for Remind and LiveSchool
